I Love Love Love BI-LO

I try to call on each survey I get, each call is about 3 minutes.  Well I finally fully paid attention to the receipt and realized I can complete the survey online. I did that yesterday, no big deal, 1,2,3 done.  I check my email this morning and there is an email from the store's director thanking me for taking the time to complete the survey.  Isn't that just awesome!!!  They built that store on customer service!
