Well E still has a perfect driving record, but can't say the same for the person who drove right into her at a stop light, pushing her two feet under the SUV in front of her, and doing serious damage to her trunk. Thankfully she is OK and unharmed, as is everyone else involved. The car is in the hands of the insurance company, what happens next remains to be seen. It was not snow or ice that contributed to the accident, but the brilliant rays of the afternoon sun so normal to Georgia's afternoons, which blinded the driver behind her (according to him he did not even see her) from seeing her car, again thankfully she is well.
Made some eclair's today (before the accident) and WOW they were just so yummy, with home made vanilla custard and chocolate sauce :)
Made some french bread too, funny how much more appealing bread is when it is homemade. My next adventure into the world of baking...... Kouign Amann!!! It sounds just sooooooooooooo yummy.
So eating right needs a bunch of serious activate especially if baking is going to become a part of my daily life :)
